Rental Terms
- Full-time = control and furnish the room 7 days a week. 1-year commitment required.
- Day-renters = pick one day of the week (example Mondays) and rent all of them for the month. Month-to-month contract.
- I will rent to any business that seeks a quiet, professional environment to see clients, work without interruptions, maintain a high degree of confidentiality and privacy, and contribute to a congenial, friendly atmosphere in the common areas.

- Ample street parking within one block in all direction.
- Located at the I-5 freeway off-ramp for Carlsbad Village drive.
- Second floor suite – stairway only access.
