There are seasons in life when something has to change – are you ready to look within yourself or your relationships?  Maybe you are at a breaking point and need someone to hear or see you.  Asking for help is courageous, and I am glad you are here.  I care deeply about my clients and want to truly understand their experiences, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.  I help individuals and couples embark on changing, repairing, communicating, gaining insight, and working through trauma.  I love being a therapist and learning about client’s lives and relationships.  I tailor therapy to you and work collaboratively with your values and goals.

I help couples and individuals by tracking their patterns, slowing them down in order to de-escalate the conflict, and providing a safe space to talk & feel through their challenges.  Many couples reach out for therapy in crisis, fearful it is hopeless or that they will be blamed.  I do not judge or take sides; instead, I help you regulate your emotions and create stabilization to calm the storm.

I have an eclectic approach; I am trained in EMDR and pull from Internal Family Systems (IFS), NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and the Psychological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT).  I am an AMFT at New Growth Counseling; I work under the clinical supervision of Jussi Light, LMFT 39617.
