Therapy Office Space Available – Carlsbad Village
We have limited availability in a well-established therapy suite located just off the I-5 at Carlsbad Village Drive.
Four of the seven offices are currently occupied by licensed marriage and family therapists / other wellness practitioners. We are seeking clinicians who value a professional, confidential environment and a collegial atmosphere.
Available Offices
- 12x10 window offices (2 available)
$850/month full-time or $250/day (consistent weekday rental) - 12x9 interior office
$700/month full-time or $200/day - 14x18 window office
$300/day (weekend availability)
Full-time renters may paint, decorate and furnish the room. You exercise full control over your office seven days per week.
Part-time renters rent the same day(s) for the month (e.g., all the Mondays). Some rooms have prior renter's furnishings that can be changed - please call to discuss.
