Healing at Your Own Pace
Trauma doesn’t work on a schedule, and healing from it shouldn’t either. Our trauma therapy in Vista is led by a male therapist trained in EMDR and IFS, two approaches built to help you process what happened without forcing you to relive it before you’re ready.
We work with men carrying the weight of past experiences that still show up in daily life, whether that’s in relationships, work, or how you see yourself.
Trauma therapy in Vista does not ask you to relive everything. Our male therapist, trained in EMDR and IFS, works with you to find a starting point, then moves forward only as fast as feels safe. Some sessions focus on skills and steadiness, while others focus on memory or on the parts of you that carry it.
Trauma can also trace back to family life. Our article on unresolved trauma shows how old family patterns resurface, and our post on old wounds explores healing in relationships.
Vista clients can also look at PTSD therapy, self esteem therapy, or anxiety therapy in Vista when other concerns sit alongside trauma. Our first responder therapy is also here for those whose work involves hard calls.
Call today to book, and start healing at your own pace.
